In 2003, the MNAA was the first Airport Authority to develop a Long Term Strategic Businss Plan that set the tone for what we are, where we were going, and how we planned to arrive. In essence, this Plan provided a flight plan for the future of MNAA.

In order to maintain the significant strides and continue the momentum of improvement, in 2005, the MNAA decided to update the original SBP, further refine the organization's Mission Statement and create a new Vision Statement. On June 21, 2006, the LTSB was approved by the Board of Commissioners and will serve as the guiding strategic plan for the MNAA.

Long Term Strategic Business Plan
