Accomplished and beloved Nashville sculptor Sydney Reichman has been creating sculpture both regionally and nationally for over 30 years. Living and working in a woodland setting has infused Reichman's work with a heightened, spiritual dynamism and deep connection to her surroundings. Her ability to shape and command copper into lyrical and transformative forms and figuires allows viewers to experience flight while staying grounded. |

Artist Statement
"There is a continual tension in the pieces I create that move between the primitive and the modern; the technnical and the magical; the seeker and the witness. With these themes a constant in my work, it is my desiree to explore the fragile and powerful landscape where humans intersect with their environment." |
