  Mary Spellings - Fine Dining Area  
     
 

Mary Spellings is a west Tennessee native and currently residing in Mercer, TN. She received her BA in art from Union University in Jackson, TN. She is known for her limited edition prints of west Tennessee landmarks. In her more than 30 years of painting, Mary’s focus has been watercolor and pastel. She is a member of the Germantown Art League, the Kentucky Watercolor Society, the Jackson Art Association, and a signature member of the Tennessee Watercolor Society.

Mary credits a strong connection to family, friends, faith and community filling her soul with the love of color, shape, light, music and life.

 
     
  Artist Statement
"I paint a person’s character–relationships between people and animals and places. I want to encourage people to share their lives and cherish each precious moment, for each of us are only ripples in the water of time."
