THE UPPER CUMBERLAND

QUILT TRAIL

The Upper Cumberland Quilt Trail highlights the quilt treasures of the region with a mission of “preserving the art and heritage of quilting and related arts and honoring all those in the past and present who have been and are involved in this art form.”

What began with six quilt squares in one county in 2007 has expanded into over 150 quilt patterns blanketing the rolling hillsides in just a few short years.

The Upper Cumberland Quilt Trail encompasses the 16-county Upper Cumberland area of Middle Tennessee with quilt patterns on local historic buildings, barns, homes, and fences for local viewers and distant travelers to enjoy.
