To bid on a project, you must be registered with B2GNow E-Bidding.

Please complete the registration using the link provided. The Airport Authority covers the cost of registration, and you will receive an email notification from B2GNow once your account is approved.

Fairness and transparency are fundamental to the procurement process. During an open solicitation, the “cone of silence” refers to the period beginning with the public advertisement of the solicitation and continuing through the successful award of a contract. Its purpose is to protect the integrity of the process by preventing the release of information that could provide an unfair advantage to any bidder or proposer.

All communication during this period must be in written form and directed exclusively to the Purchasing Department. The Respondent, including its agents or employees, is strictly prohibited from contacting MNAA Board Members, the President, staff, consultants, or legal counsel. The Respondent is also prohibited from directing any third party to initiate such contact on its behalf. Any unauthorized communication constitutes grounds for rejecting the Respondent’s submittal.
