| 1. Where can I get service within BNA? |

In all areas frequented by the public: gates, concourses, food court, ticketing, Baggage Claim and the Transportation Center |

| 2. What do I need to get connected? |
| |
A laptop or PDA equipped either with an external WiFi Network Interface Card (NIC) or built in WiFi capability. The system currently supports both the 802.11b and 802.11g standards. |

| 3. How do I get connected? |
| |
- If you have Windows XP operating system, it has an auto-find feature that should locate the network and get you associated shortly after booting up your laptop (give it a few minutes). Then you can either set up a new network profile or simply connect making sure the SSID is concourse (all lower case)
- If you have any other operating system, simply use the wireless connection manager utility that came with your NIC and set your profile to the SSID concourse. Make sure encryption is turned off.
- Once you are connected to the network, open your browser. S special Welcome Page will be sent to you that will allow you to browse to some free sites, purchase a day pass, or use your pre-existing WISP subscription (as long as that WISP has an access agreement with Concourse)

| 5. How much does it cost? |
| |
$6.95 for 24 hours charged to your credit card. You can conduct multiple sessions within that 24-hour period without incurring additional charges. |

| 6. If I already have a monthly subscription to a WISP (e.g., iPass, Boingo, etc.), can I use it at BNA? |
| |
Concourse has access agreements with many of the large, national WISPs, with new ones being added regularly. Check with the drop-down menu on the Welcome Page to see if your WISP has an agreement. If so, simply enter your username and password to get connected. Otherwise, you can still sign up with a credit card. |

| 7. How secure is the connection? |
| |
Because this is a public system, encryption is not in use. You should use the same precautions recommended when using a DSL or cable modem, i.e., turn on anti-virus protection, use a personal firewall, and disable Windows file sharing. For best protection, use a VPN supplied by your IT organization. It is best not to transmit any sensitive data you wouldn't want someone else to see. |
