NASHVILLE ─ Nashville International Airport (BNA) recently announced a nonstop flight to a new market, Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, through Vacation Express starting Sept. 5 and running through Oct. 25, 2014.
The new flight will operate twice weekly and will seat 150 passengers on a Boeing 737-400.
“The addition of the nonstop service to Grand Bahama Island will provide another great option to Nashville travelers looking to get away this fall,” Rob Wigington, president and CEO of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), said. “Freeport is the newest destination in our continuing efforts to increase air service for the Nashville community and visitors.”
Vacation Express ticketing can be found at the "Charter Flights" ticket counter by TSA PreCheck and Frontier.
Vacation Express provides vacation packages and all-inclusive deals to Grand Bahama Island. To inaugurate the addition of the new non-stop Nashville flights, Vacation Express is offering a special at Memories Grand Bahama Beach and Casino Resort starting at $699.
BNA is currently served by 10 airlines and offers 380 daily arriving and departing flights. Nashville International provides nonstop air service to more than 50 markets.
