Jeff Green is a contemporary artist who lives in Nashville, Tenn. He has a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Auburn University, Auburn, Ala. He also holds a Graphic Design degree from Watkins College of Art, Design & Film in Nashville, Tenn. Green is currently represented by The Rymer Gallery and has also shown with Cumberland Gallery in Nashville, Tenn. His work has been featured in Nashville Arts Magazine and Southern Inspired magazine.
Green’s work continuously draws inspiration from the multiple design disciplines he’s studied throughout the years, each one contributing an endless palette of forms, colors and gestures. Using various media to illustrate his vision, a complex tapestry is woven, suggesting that this art is part of a much larger vision. Each series is punctuated with tecniques from past series, maintaining an underlying level of continuity in his work.
