BNA has ground transportation options for all guests no matter your needs, schedule or destination.
Directions to Ground Transportation
Effective June 3, 2025, all commercial operators pick up and drop off at the Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.

Ground Transportation Options
Ride-share services, including Uber, Lyft, and KreweCar, operate from the Ground Transportation Center, located on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
Most passengers can reach the Grand Lobby from the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) in approximately 5 minutes. However, we recognize that every travel experience is unique. The pathway from the GTC to the Grand Lobby is ADA-compliant and designed to accommodate passengers with mobility needs.

Ride-Share Pick-Up & Drop-Off Zones:

Directions to the Ground Transportation Center from the Terminal:
- From Level 1, exit the Main Terminal and turn right.
- Follow the sidewalk under pedestrian canopy toward Terminal Garage 2, guided by overhead signage.
- The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
Rental Car Check-In:
All listed rental car companies have service counters located on Level 1 of the Main Terminal. To reach them, take the escalators down from the Baggage Claim areas. After checking in, follow these directions to access the Rental Car Facility:
Directions to the Rental Car Facility for Pick-Ups:
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1.
- Use the designated crosswalk to safely cross Terminal Drive to Terminal Garage 1, located directly across from the terminal.
- Once inside the garage on Level 1, turn left and follow signs for Rental Cars.
- Arrive at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, adjacent to Terminal Garage 1.
All rental car companies are listed alphabetically below and located in the Rental Car Facility.
Taxi Pick-Up & Drop-Off Information
Taxis drop off curbside at Departures and pick up in the South Wing Pick-Up Area of the Ground Transportation Center (GTC).
Directions to the Ground Transportation Center from the Terminal:
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
- Follow the sidewalk under pedestrian canopy toward Terminal Garage 2, guided by overhead signage marked LIMO – TAXI.
Taxicab Fares:
- The meter starts at $9, with a rate of $2.50 per mile.
- A flat rate of $30 applies to trips to downtown Nashville and the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
- An additional $2 passenger charge applies when accompanying the original passenger to the same destination.

*Accessible services are offered by most taxi companies during airport hours; however, to ensure an accessible taxi will be available for your use, please call the service of your choice for schedules, reservations, fees and information.
Limo Pick-Up & Drop-Off Information
Limousines drop off curbside at Departures* and pick up in the South Wing Pick-Up Area of the Ground Transportation Center (GTC).
*Limousines booked through a third party, such as through Uber or Lyft, will be directed to the GTC.
