NASHVILLE - To kick off the start of the National Hockey League (NHL) season, the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) and the Nashville Predators are hosting Preds Day at Nashville International Airport (BNA) on Oct. 4.
“We are always looking for ways to surprise and delight our passengers, business partners and employees, and Preds Day is another example of doing just that - what we call the Nashville Airports Experience,” Rob Wigington, president and CEO of the MNAA, said. “The Nashville Predators are iconic to our city, and we are excited to help them launch their upcoming season and look forward to partnering with them on more events in the future.”

Through special player announcements, prizes giveaways, promotions and appearances from Gnash, we hope to welcome fans to Nashville and entice them to come experience a Nashville Predators game live at Bridgestone Arena.”

The 2013-14 season kicks off tomorrow night, Oct. 3, as the Nashville Predators open with the first of back-to-back road games against St. Louis and Colorado respectively. All games will broadcast locally on flagship stations FOX Sports Tennessee (1675 HD, 28 SD) and 102.5 FM The Game.
The Predators open their 2013-14 home slate against the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday, Oct. 8, in the first of a five-game homestand at Bridgestone Arena. The fun begins around 4 p.m. with a gold carpet entrance for all Nashville Predators players, coaches and broadcasters.
