BNA® to Transition to Cashless Parking July 1

BNA® has enhanced the parking experience with a more streamlined and modern system.
As of July 1, 2026, the airport operates a cashless parking system.

Travelers who need to use cash may convert it to a prepaid card at Cash‑to‑Card machines located inside the terminal on the Departures Level (Level 3)—one in North Ticketing across from the JetBlue counter and one in South Ticketing across from the Allegiant Airlines counter and on the Arrivals Level (Level 2) between baggage claims 8 and 9.

Cash used for tipping, including valet services, will continue to be accepted and is not affected by this change.

We welcome travelers to enjoy a smoother, more efficient parking experience as BNA continues to improve airport access and convenience.

Valet

BNA® Valet is conveniently located on the ground floor of Terminal Garage 1, directly across from the terminal. Directional signage along airport roadways will guide you there, and a large marquee marks the entrance.

Passengers arriving from I-40 seeking the convenience of valet parking services will only be able to access valet from Exit 216B.

For pickup, simply give us a call when your flight lands and your vehicle will be ready and waiting upon your arrival.

More Services

Charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the following locations:

  • Terminal Garage 1: Levels P2 through P6
  • Terminal Garage 2: Levels P2 and P3

Vehicles must be actively charging while parked in these designated spots.

Motorcycle parking is available in the northeast corner on every level of the Terminal Garages.

Oversized vehicle parking is available in Economy Lots B and C and is subject to special pricing.

There is a FREE Cell Lot located at 1415 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217 for drivers waiting to pick up passengers.

The lot features secure fencing, security guard monitoring and real-time flight information monitors, allowing drivers to check the status of incoming flights.

Here are a few items to keep in mind to assist with passenger pickup:
Average time from landing to exiting the airport (estimated times):

  • 15 minutes – without bags
  • 30 minutes – with bags
  • 30 minutes – International flights

Once the plane touches down and begins deplaning, the average passenger journey consists of many different variables that can affect the time it takes them to get to your pickup meeting place, including:

  • Restroom breaks
  • Waiting to collect luggage
  • Stopping for coffee or food
  • Congestion in the terminal

To reiterate, once your loved one has touched down, please remember that multiple factors could affect their arrival time to your meeting location. We recommend you keep in close contact with them upon arrival to plan a seamless pick-up process.
